The National Safety Net Advancement Center (SNAC) aims to transform the ability of safety net organizations to respond to payment and care delivery reform efforts in health care’s fast evolving financial and delivery environment. SNAC is supported by a grant from the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation.

This will be accomplished by leveraging new and existing knowledge into actionable tools for safety net organizations. Specifically, SNAC has launched three initiatives to assist safety net organizations.

1) An online compendium of actionable literature and tools on payment and care delivery reform.

2) Virtual Learning Collaboratives that provide a shared learning environment and expert-guided support to engage pressing payment and care delivery topics.

3) Grant funding of up to $80,000 to overcome a payment and care delivery reform implementation challenge.

SNAC is now accepting applications for grant funding and virtual learning collaborative scholarships. The deadline for submissions is April 1st, 2016. Apply now!
