Riley

William Riley, PhD is Director of the National Safety Net Advancement Center. Dr. Riley has served as President and CEO of an integrated health care delivery system and of a major provider network. He is currently a professor at Arizona State University (ASU) at the School for the Science of Health Care Delivery, where he teaches health care finance and process engineering. His research focuses on health care quality, patient safety, and finance. He is the co-author of two books, "Managing Healthcare Organizations for Quality Performance" and "Quality Function Deployment and Lean Six Sigma Applications in Public Health," and has authored and co-authored dozens of scholarly articles.

 

McCulloughMac McCullough, PhD, MPH is Deputy Director of SNAC. Dr. McCullough also serves as assistant professor at Arizona State University’s School for the Science of Health Care Delivery and as a health economist at the Maricopa County Department of Public Health. His research interests include evidence-based approaches to population health and health care delivery.

 

 

 

Fournier

Jaeson Fournier, DC, MPH is an expert consultant to SNAC. Dr. Jaeson Fournier serves as Chief Executive Officer at West Side Community Health Services, Inc., which is the largest Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) in Minnesota. He is also the immediate past-Board Chair and current Board Treasurer of the FQHC Urban Health Network (FUHN)—the nation’s first FQHC led Medicaid ACO. Jaeson was previously the Deputy Health Officer at the Ingham County Health Department (a public entity FQHC in Michigan) and CEO of Greater Elgin Family Care Center (a non-profit FQHC in Illinois).

 

 

LoveKailey Love, MS is the Project Manager for SNAC. Kailey has a background in biology and recently graduated with a master’s degree in the Science of Health Care Delivery from Arizona State University.
